What this site is
This is an informational website describing Galleon Web’s website-design service. The content is provided in good faith to help you decide whether to get in touch. Using the site, reading it, or booking a call does not by itself create a paid engagement — any project and its terms are agreed separately, in writing, before work begins.
Acceptable use
Please use the site normally and lawfully. Don’t attempt to break, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its hosting, and don’t use it to send anything unlawful or harmful.
Booking and email
The site links out to a Google Calendar booking page and to email. Those tools are run by Google and by your own email provider under their terms; when you use them you’re also agreeing to their terms, not just ours. How your information is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
Content and brand
The text, design, logo, and compass mark on this site belong to Galleon Web LLC. You may view and share links to the site, but please don’t copy or reuse its content or branding as your own without permission.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and nothing on it is a guarantee of any particular result. Descriptions of how we work are general and may change as each project is scoped.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one posted here, with the “Last updated” date above.
